How to Make a Black Velvet (beer) Champagne Cocktail
I’d like to offer a creative way to ‘trick’ that special beer lover in your life to partake in a bit of champagne sipping with this lovely Stout Champagne Cocktail, aka ‘Black Velvet’.
How to Make a Black Velvet Champagne (& Stout) Cocktail:[slideshow]
- Fill half of a champagne glass with your favorite stout
- Fill remaining half of the glass with your choice of champagne, sparkling wine, or cava.
Tip: For a layered effect, grab a spoon and gently pour the champagne over the back of the spoon, into the glass (champagne should flow down the side of the glass to reduce mixing)
