Ancient Wine Preservation Technique

One segment of a recent test I conducted which focused on AFFORDABLE wine preservation methods. This particular method focused on the ancient methods where olive oil is poured on top of the wine, so that it floats on top and then can be poured via a spout on the bottom. I didn’t have the necessary tools, but still managed to give it a taste! Watch the video to see how this method worked out for me.
