The much anticipated Top 100 Wines of 2010 was just released today from Wine Spectator and congratulations are in order. Here is the complete list of Top 10 as appointed by Wine Spectator:

1) ‘07 Saxum, James Berry Vineyard, Paso Robles, 98 pts, $67

2) ‘08 Two Hands Shiraz, Barossa Valley Bella’s Garden, Aus., 94 pts, $55

3) ‘08 Peter Michael Chardonnay, Sonoma County, Belle-Fille, 97 pts, $85

4) ‘07 Revana Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Helena, 97 pts, $105

5) ‘07 Altamura Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, 96 pts, $85

6) ‘08 Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, 94 pts, $45

7) ‘08 Schild Shiraz, Barossa, Australia, 94 pts, $20

8) ‘07 Fontodi, Colli della Toscana, Centrale Flaccianello, Italy, 95 pts, $110

9) ‘07 CARM, Douro Reserva, Portugal, 94 pts, $27

Hurry to grab a bottle for yourself! Last year, I waited a day for the #1 pick and it was already sold out. As you can see, there is also an array of price points here including 2 picks in the $20 range.

If I could pick only 3, they would be the Paul Hobbs Russian River Pinot, the Saxum (it’s #1 right?) and the Clos des Papes (I love French whites).
